    How to Navigate the Program

    Once you start the program, you will receive access to a new stage of the program each week for 6 weeks. When a new stage is available, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that you can login to complete it.

    You will have access to the program 24/7, so that you can conduct your learning at your own pace. We recommend that you set aside about an hour a week for online learning, and at least another hour to complete the Self-Compassion Challenges (although as many of the Challenge activities are meditations and interactive exercises, the amount of time you spend doing these is up to you). To maximise the benefit you gain from this program, we suggest that you work through one module each week.

    Each week, under the Module Downloads heading, you’ll find folders that contain the worksheets and meditations that we use for that module. You can download these to help you complete the Challenges throughout the week.

    Remember, you can choose to Opt Out of the program at any time.
